CROSS SET UPON A LOW BRICK CONCAVE WALL. DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION ON A METAL PLAQUE AT THE BASE WITH FLANKED BY TWO NAME PLAQUES. ADDITIONAL INSCRIPTION ALONG THE TOP OF THE WALL AND ON FLOWER HOLDERS TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT OF THE METAL PLAQUES. STONE BOLLARDS PLACE IN FRONT OF THE MEMORIAL
