- Wooden triptych, with triangular pediment above the central section that contains a copper cross and the names of those who died in World War 2. The central section has a hinged door on each side, which record those who died in World War 1 and also in the Northern Ireland Conflict. (Note: Reference to Badge of SLI as part of ornamentation is an error and relates to Memorial 30815 at the same location)

INDEFATIGABLE/ IN THE BATTLE OF JUTLAND, MAY 31 1916 Small framed handwritten plaque attached to the front of pedestal: "If ye break faith with us who die/ We shall not sleep, while poppies grow/ In Flanders Fields"/ "O Valiant Hearts who to your glory came/ Through dust of conflict and through battle flame;/ Tranquil you lie, your knightly virtue proved/ Your memory hallowed in the Land you loved" (Those two quotations are from In Flanders Fields by John McCrae and O Valiant Hearts by Sir John Stanhope Arkwright). - The triptych was originally erected as the parish's World War 1 memorial, with the names of the Fallen listed on the doors. After World War 2, the names of the Fallen from that conflict were added to the central panel. Later, a further name was added to the right door, re a casualty of the Northern Ireland conflict.
