THIS WINDOW WAS RESTORED BY AN/ OLD OFFICER OF THE REGIMENT/ IN MEMORY OF THE OFFICERS, N.C.O.'S AND MEN/ OF THE Q. O. YORKSHIRE DRAGOONS/ WHO FELL DURING THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918./ IT WAS REMOVED FOR SAFETY NOVEMBER 1939/ AND REPLACED BY THE REGIMENT IN 1948/ AS A TRIBUTE TO ALL YORKSHIRE DRAGOONS/ WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE WAR OF 1939-45.
