- CARVED WOODEN BOARD IN FIVE PANELS: THE CENTRE PANEL IS THE LIST OF THE FALLEN, THOSE WHO SERVED ON THE TWO EITHER SIDE OF THIS. THE WHOLE IS SURMOUNTED BY A PIERCED FRET COMPOSED OF THE FLOWERS OF THE BRITISH NATIONS, DECORATED AT THE CENTRE WITH A ROUNDEL DEPICTING ST GEORGE AND THE DRAGON. CORNERS MARKED BY ANGELS HOLDING SWORD, LOINCLOTH, SHIELD, HELMET, BREASTPLATE, SANDALS (SEE EPHESIANS CHAP 6). SCHOOL BADGE AT CENTRE BOTTOM. REGIMENTAL BADGES ON THE FRAMES OF THE PANELS: DUKE OF WELLINGTON'S REGIMENT; WEST YORKS; YORKS DRAGOONS; MACHINE GUN CORPS; KINGS ROYAL RIFLE CORPS; ROYAL ARMY MEDICAL CORPS; ROYAL NAVY; ROYAL ENGINEERS; ROYAL AIR FORCE; ROYAL ARTILLERY; KINGS OWN YORKSHIRE LIGHT INFANTRY; ROYAL ARMY SERVICE CORPS; YORKS AND LANCS; GREEN HOWARDS; ROYAL FUSILIERS; SEAFORTHS; ROYAL TANK CORPS; EAST YORKS.
