WINGED BRONZE FIGURE (VICTORY OR PEACE) DRESSED IN ROBES SURMOUNTS STONE SPHERE. SPHERE HAS LAUREL GARLANDS IN RELIEF AT BASE. SPHERE STANDS ON STONE COLUMN. COLUMN BEARS WW1 INSCRIPTION AND BRONZE PLAQUES (stolen, replaced with plastic plaques). COLUMN SURMOUNTS STONE BASE WHICH BEARS WW2 INSCRIPTION AND NAMES ON BRONZE PLAQUES. CARVED AT TOP OF COLUMN; FREEDOM, HONOUR, JUSTICE, PEACE. TWO SMALL SEPARATE DIAMOND SHAPED STONES IN FRONT HAVE BRONZE PLAQUES REFERRING TO THE SERVICES OF 1923 AND 1928
