- Description
- Two gilt plaques of two panels on elaborately carved prepared oak backboard, each side of a figure of an angel with a trumpet, carrying a small scroll. Each plaque is surmounted by a candle holder, and there are Masonic emblems at the foot of the figure. To the left is a Union flag, anchor and ship, and to the right an aeroplane, flag and gun.

THEIR WORKS DO FOLLOW THEM (Foot of memorial) OLD MASONIANS 1914-1918 1939-1945 ROLL OF HONOUR (Tablet) The mural tablet bearing the names of 250 former pupils of the School who made the Supreme Sacrifice was unveiled by Mr Charles Keyser, Chairman of the Board of Management of the Royal Masonic Institution for Boys in the chapel of St Alban, Bushey on 6th Novembrer 1920. The names on the Tablet with those of Old Masonians who have died in the Service of their Country since 1945 are inscribed in the Book of Remembrance which was dedicated by The Red F L Jenkins on 11th September as is lodged in the School Chapel by the Association.
