- Description
- Clay House and the grounds used to be a community centre, museum and health centre and now acts as a war memorial. Two dedicatory bronze plaques have been placed inside. The WW1 plaque, with the inscription below it, is set above the additional, plain WW2 plaque and depicts in relief a battlefield scene with two gun teams passing thirteen infantry men marching with rifles slung.
