THE ORIGINAL INSTITUTE BUILDING FELL INTO DISREPAIR AND WAS CLOSED. (SEE PHOTO IN FILE.) HOWEVER THE PLAQUE AND PHOTO WERE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW GEORGE HERDMAN MEMORIAL LIBRARY.
