- Large wall-mounted limestone tablet. Divided into three panels. Left and right panels bear carved inscription and names. Central panel has relief figure placed in niche of St George with shield, sword and halo. Shelf below. Three coloured shields placed along top. Central one depicts the Yorkshire rose

- TO THE GLORIOUS DEAD OF THE QUEENS OWN YORKSHIRE DRAGOONS/ IN MEMORY OF THE QUEENS OWN YORKSHIRE DRAGOONS WHO FELL DURING THE GREAT WAR OF 1914-1919 WHILE SERVING WITH THE REGIMENT AND OF THEIR COMRADES WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES AFTER BEING TRANSFERRED TO OTHER UNITS/ (NAMES)/ THUS THESE MEN DIED LEAVING THEIR DEATH FOR AN EXAMPLE OF A NOBLE COURAGE AND A MEMORIAL OF VALOUR NOT ONLY UNTO YOUNG MEN UNTO ALL THEIR NATION.
