2003: MEMORIAL SUFFERING FROM WEATHER AND SUBSIDENCE. THE LETTERING IS BECOMING DIFFICULT TO READ AND IT IS PROPOSED TO RELOCATE TEH MEMORIAL BACK INTO THE GROUNDS OF THE LIBRARY WHERE A MEMORIAL GARDEN WOULD THEN BE CREATED.
