Description
UPPER PART OF THE MEMORIAL IS A CREAM MARBLE PLAQUE WITH RELIEF FIGURE OF SOLDIER WITH ARMS REVERSED IN CENTRE. LETTERING AND NAMES SURROUND THE FIGURE ON ALL FOUR SIDES (NAMES AT THE SIDES). THE CENTRAL PANEL IS SURROUNDED BY A TERRA COTTA/CREAM MOTTLED MARBLE FRAME WITH MOULDED EDGES AND FLORAL PANELS ALONG THE EDGES. SHIELD WITH A CIRCULAR CROSS AND SURMOUNTED BY A CROWN IS AT TOP CENTRE OF MEMORIAL. THE SWW MEMORIAL IS A TERRACOTTA/CREAM MOTTLED MARBLE PANEL FIXED BENEATH THE FWW PLAQUE.
