- Wall-mounted brass plaque, with wooden backboard. The plaque's border incorporates moulded thistles, roses, and shamrocks; the laurel wreath at top-centre includes the words PRO REGE, PRO PATRIA. The inscription beneath is all in capital letters, in high relief; the names are listed in three columns.
