Nowy headed marble tablet with a Latin cross in a laurel wreath positioned top centre. Incised inscription with black lettering. There is an accompanying Latin cross with a metal sword mounted on the front face.

Details: Nottinghamshire Archives, County House, Castle Meadow Road, Nottingham NG2 1AG - ref PR9477 South Wilford Memorial Fund. Money raised by subscription amounting to £50 3s which met the cost of the tablet, a Roll of Honour (£2. 2s. 6d), the Faculty (£2. 2s), a wreath (5s 6d) and an alter frontal (£14. 13s). The memorial fund indicated a payment to 'Cooper' for Roll of Honour.
