Description
NOWY-headed brass plaque mounted onto a NOWY-headed black stone backboard. Incised inscription. Additional plaque for WW2 names appended to the base Royal crest top centre with arms of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales in the corners. Each is linked by a foliate border. Folaite border also around three sides of the WW2 inscription
