- ORNATE STONE WHEEL CROSS SET ON TAPERING STONE PLINTH. PLINTH SURMOUNTS TWO-STEPPED STONE BASE. ADDITIONAL STONE AT FRONT WITH WW2 NAMES. ORNATE CELTIC-STYLE CARVING ON HEAD AND SHAFT OF CROSS. RELIEF OF LAUREL WREATH CIRCLES INSCRIPTION ON PLINTH. THE MEMORIAL IS MADE FROM PORTLAND STONE.
