- Wall-mounted wooden board. Carved black and gold lettering, reeded edging. Small, additional brass plaque at base with explanation of the moving of the board.

- Roll of honour/ to commemorate/ the loyalty, devotion,/ courage,/ and self-sacrifice of/ the young men from this/ church who gave their/ lives at sea, on land/ and in the air serving their country and/ their fellow men./ 1939 -1945/ (names)/ greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends/ this memorial was re-dedicated here in 1985 after the closure of Mount Zion Methodist Church, Cornholme.
