TWO-STEPPED OCTAGONAL BASE SURMOUNTED BY SQUARE PLINTH, TAPERING SHAFT AND LATIN CROSS. INSCRIPTION ON THE SIDES OF THE PLINTH AND STEPS. WHOLE IS ENCLOSED BY METAL RAILINGS AND STONE POSTS.
