SQUARE BASE SURMOUNTED BY PLINTH AND OBELISK. WW1 INSCRIPTION ON PLAQUE ON ONE SIDE OF THE PLINTH AND WW2 INSCRIPTION ON PLAQUE ON ANOTHER SIDE OF THE PLINTH. WHOLE STANDS ON A CONCRETED AREA AND IS ENCLOSED BY A LOW POST AND CHAIN LINK FENCE WREATH AT THE BASE OF THE 6 O'CLOCK FACE OF THE OBELISK
