Memorial constructed of rough-hewn granite comprises, a four-stepped octagonal base surmounted by a rectangular sectioned tapering shaft with smoothen corner-edges and integral Byzantine-styled cross. Front face of second from top step bears the WW1 inscription. Front and flanking faces of third from top step bears WW1 names. Front face of base step has been cut back at an angle and bears the WW2 inscription and names. Respective step faces have been made smooth to accommodate pinned-lead lettering, which form the inscription verses and names. The memorial base is octagonally encircled by a hard perimeter path with a further hard path leading to the road. The whole is sited within a three-cornered grass and garden border area, bounded and enclosed by a wooden fence, hedge and stone wall frontage with gate.
