- Nowy headed varnished wooden board with raised pilasters, at the top of which are carved roses, with the dates of the conflict on the bottom. The dedication and the City's coat of arms are within the arch, with the names in four columns below. The inscription is painted in gold.

- Salford Corporation Transport/ Roll of Honour/ European War/ (Names) 1914 1918 BELOW THE ROLL OF HONOUR IS A LABEL WHICH SAYS:- "THIS ROLL OF HONOUR FOR THE 1914-1918 WAR WAS MADE BY SALFORD CORPORATION CRAFTSMEN IN 1919 AND WAS ERECTED IN THE MAIN OFFICES AT FREDERICK ROAD DEPOT. THIS ROLL OF HONOUR WAS BROUGHT TO THE MUSEUM AFTER THE CLOSURE OF FREDERICK ROAD GARAGE." (Not present in February 2022)
