- Two light stained glass lights with three surmounting tracery lights. Left light depicts a portrait of A N Hyde standing in armour, right hand raised to left breast, with angels carrying a sword behind him. Right light depicts A N Hyde kneeling in armour, wearing an ermine cloak. The figure of Christ stands above him and is placing a crown upon his head. RAF badge in lower left light. Inscription depicted in scroll across both lights. Crown shown in centre top tracery light.

- Left light: WELL DONE, THOU/ GOOD AND FAITHFUL/ SERVANT/ BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH/ AND I WILL GIVE THEE A CROWN OF LIFE. Right Light: ARMED WITH THE SWORD/ OF THE SPIRIT AND SHIELD OF FAITH/ TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN HONOURED/ MEMORY OF LIEUT. ALFRED NEAL HYDE,/ ROYAL AIR FORCE,/ KILLED AT BUSIGNY, FRANCE,/ SEPTEMBER 21, 1918.
