- Wall mounted, landscape oriented wooden backboard supporting an engraved brass plaque. A foliate border band, interrupted at each corner by an equal-armed cross, encloses the inscription area. Text infilled with black paint.

- THIS TABLET IS ERECTED TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN PROUD AND LOVING MEMORY OF/ ARTHUR DE BELS ADAM MC/ CAPTAIN 18TH BATTALION, THE KING'S LIVERPOOL REGIMENT/ KILLED IN ACTION JULY 1ST. 1916. / ALSO OF JOHN ISOBEL ADAM (MONS.)/ LIEUTENANT ROYAL FIELD ARTILLERY/ KILLED IN ACTION MAY 10TH. 1918/ " O VALLIANT HEARTS WHO TO YOUR GLORY CAME, / AND THROUGH DUST OF CONFLICT, THROUGH BATTLE-FLAME,/ TRANQUIL YOU LIE, YOUR KNIGHTLY VIRTURE PROVED,/ YOUR MEMORY HALLOWED, IN THE LAND YOU LOVED."/ ALSO OF JOHN ISABEL ADAM./ FATHER OF THE ABOVE.
