- Description
- BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPH OF RAF OFFICER, HARRY W POUND, SET WTHIN A VERY ORNATE BRONZE FRAME AND WHOLE IS SET WITHIN A WOODEN FRAME. THE BRONZE FRAME HAS TWO PILASTERS FLANKING THE PHOTOGRAPH AND SUPPORTING A NOWY-HEADED PEDIMENT. ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PILASTERS ARE TWO SERVICEMEN STANDING WITH ARMS REVERSED. BELOW THEM ARE CROSSED AND FURLED FLAGS WITH A SHIELD IN THE CENTRE. INSCRIPTION IS ON A SMALL METAL PLAQUE ON THE FRAME, BELOW THE FLAGS.
