NEO GOTHIC CLOCK TOWER. POLYGONAL TOWER WITH PEDIMENTED GABLES ON CARDINAL FACES. CONICAL ROOF SPIRE WITH LUCARNES SURMOUNTED BY A WEATHERCOCK. UPPER STAGES OF TOWER HAVE NARROW STAIR LIGHTS. CLOCKS ON FOUR JUTTING CARDINAL FACES, GABLES SURMOUNTED BY BALL FINIALS. ENTRANCE AT BASE IN SOUTH ELEVATION. ARCHED RECESSES EAST AND WEST, BOTH WITH LION HEAD WATER SPOUTS AT CENTRE. EAST: CURVED TROUGH AT BASE, WEST: BASIN AT BASE. RED DRAGON OF WALES CARVED ABOVE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
