- Two-stepped base surmounted by four-stepped plinth, surmounted by square-section obelisk. Inscription on all four faces of obelisk and plinth, rendered in attached lead letters. Additional brass plaque attached on six o'clock face of plinth. Whole surrounded by a wrought iron fence.
