Description
Two-stepped base surmounted by four-stepped plinth, surmounted by square-section obelisk. Inscription on all four faces of obelisk and plinth, rendered in attached lead letters. Additional brass plaque attached on six o'clock face of plinth. Whole surrounded by a wrought iron fence.

2014, January: Condition report compiled; Obelisk is leaning slightly, there is damage to the mortar stone work and some corrosion to the lead letters. 2012, January: Renovation is being considered to arrest signs of deterioration.
