Description
Nowy-headed and footed cast lead plaque mounted on wall with mottled marble backboard. Raised inscription in gold-coloured lettering surrounded by laurel leaf border in relief. Laurel wreath with gold-coloured ribbon depicted in relief in upper centre apex. Crossed palms in relief depicted in lower centre.
