FRAMED AND GLAZED ROLL OF HONOUR IN THE SHAPE OF A PLAQUE WITH NOWY HEAD AND BASE. INSCRIPTION IN BLACK LETTERING. FOUNDRY DEPICTED IN THE CENTRE OF THE ROLL WHOLE IS CONTAINED IN A GLASS CASE.
