- Description
- Curved wall set on raised area with five steps leading up to it. The centre of the wall rises to a high rectangular section with nowy-headed top. Bounded by small square plinths of each side. Inscription plaques of bronze with raised lettering set into front of stone. Bronze wreath set within nowy-headed top above inscription plaque. Bronze circular plaques with foliage decoration at top and bottom set on small plinths.

- c2011: WW1 plaque was stolen. 14 May 2007: Thieves removed the bronze plaques but were disturbed and fled, leaving the plaques behind. Estimated cost of damage was £6,000. c1995-2000: Mansfield District Council made renovations and repairs to memorial.
