- Description
- Rectangular concrete foundation supporting a rough-hewn granite structure consisting of a three-stepped rectangular base followed by a tall, slightly tapering rectangular sectioned shaft and integrated wheel cross. Pinned-lead lettering and numerals form the inscriptions and names on smoothened areas of the step faces. Two, square granite vases mounted on plinths are placed on the ground at opposite corners of the base.
