BASE SURMOUNTED BY OBELISK, THE LOWER HALF OF WHICH IS ENCASED BY A SET OF FOUR COLUMNS. FLOWER HOLDERS AT THE FOOT OF EACH SIDE. INSCRIPTION IN RELIEF ON TWO SIDES. WHOLE STANDS ON A PAVED AREA WHICH IS BORDERED BY 10 CAST POSTS. WREATH IN RELIEF AT THE SIDES
