- PARISH OF ST. JAMES, BIRKDALE. HALLOWED IN CHRIST BE THE MEMORY OF ALL WHO FOR THEIR KING AND COUNTRY AND THE FREEDOM OF THE WORLD GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR.
