- FIVE-STEPPED BASE SURMOUNTED BY OBELISK. INSCRIPTION ON TWO PLAQUES ATTACHED TO THE 6 O'CLOCK FACE OF THE OBELISK. UPPER PLAQUE IS NOWY-HEADED AND LOWER PLAQUE IS RECTANGULAR. WHOLE STANDS WITHIN A CIRCULAR ASPHALT AREA WITH A LOW STONE WALL AROUND IT. CONCRETE BOLLARDS PLACED SYMMETRICALLY IN THE ENTRANCEWAY
