Rectangular brass plaque with incised inscription. Regimental Crest incised at top centre with, below, an incised Distinguished Service Order and Queen's South Africa Medal. Figure of soldier in Full Dress resting on arms reversed at bottom right. White metal Yorkshire Rose incised at each corner.
