- Wall mounted oak board with lancet shaped top surmounted by an ornate carving. Names on three panels. Central panel- names of those killed in action. Side panels – those who died of other causes.
- Inscription
- Central panel. "1914-1918/ MEN KILLED IN ACTION OR / DIED OF OTHER CAUSES/ (names)" / Side panels "GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN / THAN THIS THAT A MAN LAY DOWN / HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIEND (names) "/ THIS TABLET WAS / EXECUTED AND ERECTED / BY A PARISHIONER / 1920.
