- Classical figure of Peace (?) on plinth and base, holding out a laurel wreath. Plaques around each side of plinth. Wreath with portcullis in centre at top of plinth. The robed figure is crowned with a laurel wreath, and holds a scroll in the left hand, and a laurel wreath in the outstretched right hand.
