PLINTH SURMOUNTED BY TAPERING FOUR-STAGED COLUMN AND A BROAD URN AT THE VERY TOP. INSCRIPTION ON ONE SIDE OF THE LOWER PART OF THE COLUMN. Note that the identity of the "young architect" is not recorded.
