- CONSISTS OF A CROSS WITH FIGURES OF A SOLDIER AND A ROYAL NAVAL DIVISION SAILOR. THE FIGURES ARE STANDING WITH THEIR BACK TO THE CROSS ON EITHER SIDE OF IT. THE CROSS AND FIGURES ARE ON TOP OF A STONE PLINTH WHICH STIS ATOP TWO WIDER BASE STEPS. THERE IS INSCRIBED TEXT ON THE FRONT OF THE PLINTH BASE.
