Description
Figure of Victory with sword in one hand and a palm branch in the other. Figure is mounted on a pedstal which surmounts a three stepped base. Whole is enclosed by metal railings. On the front face of the pedestal are two bronze plaques. The upper plaque has the dedicatory inscription with a relief image depicting a seascape with battleships in the foreground at the top of the plaque. Above this plaque is a bronze wreath.
