- Blue-bound Book of Remembrance, with illuminated pages, kept within a glazed wooden case on a stand. Each of the war-related entries within the Book has the Gloucestershire Constabulary crest above the person's name, and the relevant Regiment/ Royal Navy/ Royal Air Force crest on the adjacent page. (In addition to a page re each of the 19 World War casualties, the Book also has entries re two officers who died in the line of non-war-related Police duty, i.e. Sergeant S. Beard who died on 24/8/1861 and Sergeant W. Morris who died on 10/11/1895).

- The book of Remembrance and other memorials were moved from Cheltenham to the Constabulary's HQ in Gloucester in 2014. At this time the wooden glazed case containing the Book of Remembrance was replaced with a new one.
