- Two-light stained glass window with dedicatory brass plaque below. Left light depicts an advancing Officer in Service Dress with Cap carrying revolver and with stick aloft and angels above, and the right light the figure of Christ.

- Window: FAITH HOPE/ BE THOU FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH/ AND I WILL GIVE THEE A CROWN OF LIFE/ Plaque: THIS WINDOW IS IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHARLES REGINALD WINCKLEY,/ SECOND LIEUTENANT, SHERWOOD FORESTERS, KILLED IN FRANCE LEADING/ AN ATTACK, ON JULY 20TH 1916, AGED 22 YEARS.
