- Description
- Gabled clock tower on a two step base with clock dials on 3 faces, the one facing onto the main road is luminous. Face 1 has two raised tablets on the with incised inscription picked out in gold, the upper for WW1 and the lower for WW2, on faces 2 and 4 there are incised dedications. The whole sits on a brick paved area within a small garden, surrounded by a low wall with iron posts atop, connected by single chain links.

- 2022 - Renovation work has been completed ready for the centenary of the memorials dedication in 2023. As of July 2022 the clock mechanism has still not been repaired although hopes are high that it will be done by next year. 2016 - War Memorials Trust grant of £5,530 to repair the clock mechanism, repoint and gentle steam cleaning of the stone, also re-gild lettering with 24ct gold leaf to the original design.
