THESE MEMORIAL BOOKS CONTAIN THE NAMES OF 25,611 MEN,/ WHO FLEW FROM ROYAL AIR FORCE STATIONS/ IN OR NEAR LINCOLNSHIRE DURING THE SECOND WORLD WAR,/ AND NEVER RETURNED. THEY INCLUDE 200 FROM NEW ZEALAND/ 1,140 FROM AUSTRALIA, 1,233 FROM CANADA,/ APPROXIMATELY 90 FROM SOUTHERN RHODESIA, AND 687 MEMBERS/ OF THE POLISH AIR FORCES. ALL WERE MEMBERS OF/ NUMBER 1,5,6,7,91,92 OR 93 (O.T.U.) GROUP, BOMBER COMMAND.
