Description
Stone cenotaph surmounted by allegory of peace or victory. Large metal relief panel on shaft of cenotaph depicts soldier with tommy helmet and arms. Beneath the foundation stone are scrolls from the previous street memorials, encased in a lead casket. There is a brass dedication plaque.
