MONUMENT IN ITS PRESENT FORM IN GOOD CONDITION. HOWEVER, HAS LOST ITS COLUMN, ELABORATELY DECORATED BASE, AND TWO RUSSIAN GUNS AT VARIOUS POINTS IN ITS HISTORY 2007: The memorial was removed from the original site following listed building consent being granted to another site in Sheffield
