- CALVARY CROSS THE CROSS WAS CARVED IN AUTUMN, 1945 (IN SPITE OF REPORTED DATE ON INSCRIPTION) BY STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOL OF ECCLESIASTICAL ARTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MUNSTER, WESTPHALIA. THE OAK USED FOR THE FIGURE WAS FROM THE DESTROYED CATHEDRAL OF MUNSTER. THE CROSS WAS FROM RUINS FROM THE RUHR AND WAS MADE BY A GERMAN CABINET MAKER.
