Description
Two-stepped square base surmounted by a tapering square sectioned plinth incorporating a moulded top edge and tapering rectangular sectioned shaft with wheel cross. Leaded inscription and names on sides of plinth. The whole bordered by a very small garden within a grassed triangular refuge adjacent to main road.
