Description
Grey granite monument, depicting a soldier in greatcoat, full kit, and service dress cap, resting on arms reversed, set on a pedestal with ogee arched quarters, decorated with a carved Maltese Cross within a bedecked laurel wreath, above a square-section column and plinth, which sits within a low-walled enclosure on a wide base. The inscription is leaded and painted black.
