Current location
The Memorial was erected in front of Kearsley Town Hall. The Town Hall became redundant following the 1974 Local Government reforms but was used by Bolton Council for other services until 2010. It was eventually demolished in 2013 and replaced by a housing development
with the Memorial remaining in situ.
