Description
Oak structure on a sandstone base with wooden gates and slate roof. White marble memorial tablets with leaded inscriptions are mounted on the inner walls of the base. On the South side the tablet lists the fallen from the Royal Welch Fusiliers in three columns. On the North side the fallen from other units are listed by unit in three columns. An additional tablet bearing the list of the fallen from WW2 has been installed on the North side, to the left of the WW2 tablet. There are incised inscriptions in the stone above the tablets. Dedications are incised on the outer faces of the wooden structure. Close to the Lindisfarne College Obelisk
