- PARK WITH DEDICATORY MONUMENT PLACED WITHIN IT. MONUMENT IS FORMED BY TWO STEPPED BASE SURMOUNT BY PLINTH, TWO COLUMNS AND FLAT CENTRAL SECTION. DEDICATORY INSCRIPTION ON A PLAQUE ATTACHED TO THE FRONT FACE.
